Great people and good honest work. Not so expensive. Labour rates in Sydney or Melbourne at least 20% more. People dont realise this is a remote region. We are lucky to have their expertise here.
Great service & honest overview of my vehicle front end issue
Unfortunately this place is a rip off. On the phone we got told to come in at 11am.When we arrived the receptionist was quite unfriendly, just took the keys, not explaining anything. After having to ask to talk to the mechanic about what we wanted to get done it turned out they apparently don't do appointments and we just got laughed at about the question if it was going to be done by 1pm.Addionally the place is super expensive, $90 an hour. And they don't give you proper information about what e.g. a dual battery replacement would cost exactly. Very disappointing customer service, never had such a bad experience at a mechanicsHighly recommended not to go!
