this council chooses to live in the old times..who does not except payments over the phone or Internet or hand out their bank details....put down the hammer and chisel council and look up the word internet..you could make alot of people very happy...on my way to waste 2 hrs of my time to buy ferry tickets...at least it's s nice drive...
