I waited 3 hours for this service after buying a return ticket to my hotel from port Douglas. They said that they come ever 10 to the hour and 20 past the hour. BULL DUST!! Im still here and will go with another company. You ripoffs. You thrives!
Purchased a 3 day pass and was told last pickup was midnight. I called the driver at 1153pm and the phone rang out. Called about 7 times. At about 1210 we had to use a different shuttle service and pay extra. I would not use this company. Very unprofessional.
Great service! Have used this company several times since we have been in Port Douglas and the drivers were nice to talk to and always on time.

Terrible driving to and from port Douglas from Cairns. Driver oblivious to how fast he was taking every corner and round a bout. BYO sick bag...or just use someone else
